Description

Apartments AB offer comfortable accommodation in the two newly renovated apartments situated near pebbly beach in Pirovac. The apartments are located on the first floor of a family house with a large and beautifully landscaped garden. The house is situated in a quiet street, 350m from the beach and the town center.
Accommodation is suitable for a family vacation in Pirovac, summer holiday for groups of up to 10 persons, as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active holidays.

Accommodation is offered in two newly renovated apartments with a capacity of 2 + 3 beds. Both apartments have a living room with dining area and kitchen, one bedroom with double bed with a possibility for an extra portable bed for one person; Bathroom (toilet / shower) and a large terrace. The living room has a sofa bed on which can accommodate up to 2 persons.
The apartments have cable TV, Internet, air conditioning .. Parking space and garage are provided.

Guests can use the common terrace on the ground floor where can use with the barbecue (grill, baking, barbecue, kettle on a stand, furnace for barbecue).
From the beach and the town center, house is situated about 5-6 min. on foot; the beach is sandy, protected from the ships and the carrier has a blue flag.
Host speaks English, French, Italian and Slovenian. He and his wife live on the ground floor of the house, and will be available for any help that guests might need.

Notes:
The rental price included: taxes, use of bed linen, towels, parking and air conditioning. Pets are welcome, no additional cash compensation, except in the case of pets that excessive molt.
Security deposit is not required. For stays of 10+ days, a free boat trip to nearby bays and/or islands can be organised.

Pirovac is a medieval settlement and fortification of old Croatian noblemen. Until 1931 it was named Zloselo, Slosella, Slosslein, Izlus(e)l (from german diminutive for castle). It was mentioned for the first time in 1298 as a property of a Croatian peer family Šubić (11th – 14th century), which was related to croatian kings Dmitar Zvonimir and Petar Krešimir IV. According to available information, this area was foothold of knights Templar's from Lake Vrana.
It is a picturesque place, which nature has endowed placing it on the coast between the sea and Lake Vrana. It is situated in a bay characterized by an unusual fact that sea temperature within it is averagely 4 degrees higher than in the rest of Adriatic Sea. Mild climate dominates over this area, and provides nice warm summers and mild winters. The coast is characterized by its indentedness and numerous bays, clear beaches with stones and pebbles, and islands adjoining archipelago of the National Park Kornati.
